Life’s Opportunities Are Limitless
Life’s Opportunities Are Limitless. Whether you are seeking a physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual or financial opportunity, the perceived absence of these opportunities is often due to the unconscious limitations you have set yourself.
One can deny this simple premise, or challenge it by blaming the cause of one’s discontent on external factors; for example, “I haven’t had the right opportunity yet”, “It didn’t happen because of…”, “It sounds great, but it is a lot of hard work and I don’t have the time”, “It feels like the world is against me…”.
If this sounds like you, it is time to wake up. It is time to be conscious of the truth: you are accountable for the choices you make, you have the capacity to master your inner self, you are the key to your life’s purpose and you – and only you – are responsible for holding yourself back. There will not be a day that passes when an opportunity does not present itself to you, but it is up to you as to whether or not you seize it.
Your attitude is the first step towards identifying the limitless opportunities that exist in your life. By flicking on the switch of optimism, you are becoming aware: you are able to recognize an opportunity as soon as it presents itself and you are encouraging your opportunities to multiply. An open mind, however, will only take you to the cusp of your dreams and aspirations. To realise your true potential, you must transfer your thoughts into actions, and meet your deepest fears and uncertainties head on with willingness and an unquenchable desire to overcome them.
Those people, who spend more time telling you why you will not succeed and who associate risk with failure, are the individuals who have given up on the life they want by allowing their ambitions to evaporate. They have subscribed to the idea that the opportunity to be successful, to be free, to be happy, to feel and to be felt, to love and to be loved is an unrealistic and unattainable goal.
If you are here, you have decided that you do not want to just survive through life or settle for mediocrity. You have made the choice to extinguish your perceived limitations, to strive for excellence and to be the best you can possibly be.
